Yesterday, I just brought back home a seiwvl chair, it a very comfortable chair that made from pleather. But because of i don't have air-con in my room, I feel it is very warm to sit on for a long time, uncomfortable for me.I dissemble the chair, put it back to the package, then i called ikea customer service to ask whether i can do a refund because i know they have some kind of return policy, but their final decision is to refuse my refund request because i had assembled my item once.What is the point you show a big it's ok to change your mind when i changed my mind and cant get any refund? I searched on the internet, some of them did get a refund for their item that already assembled then dissembled again.

Kesedaran membeli ebook di Malaysia masih lagi kurnag. Walau maklumat semahal ratusan ribu ringgit, walaupun berbentuk ebook, orang yang tak pernah pegang komputer pun teringin nak beli dan baca.Yang memaki hamun, boleh diabaikan saja.Akhlak dia itu boleh kita injakkan.Tapi, yang bertanya lembut, bro cuma perlu sediakan template mesej di dalam folder di komputer bro, atau wujudkan sudut FAQ di laman itu, untuk menjawab soalan asas dan berulang-ulang. Copy dan paste.It's ok, bro. Pengalaman berurusan dengan mereka yang buta IT tak boleh disalahkan, tapi budaya ingin tahu mereka itu boleh dibentuk lagi. Biasalah, pengalaman pertama kali menulis dan menjual ebook sendiri.p/s: Nak join barisan Candid Syndrome sebagai graphic designer, tapi seakan-akan sudah cukup anggota bro. Hebat-hebat pula tu. Malu pula saya nak hantar resume. Hehe.
