I have had many encounters over the years with different mental health professionals in PEI, but none as caring and helpful as Dr. Keizer. She countinously put her mind and heart into resolving my issues. I will forever owe Dr. Keizer for all she did for me!

it is totally unactepcable for anyone to access a Veterans medical file for use other than what is minimally required to make the benefits decision. At this point the minister needs to put into place his accepted action plan not just speak of it and findings published, not names, however, the discipline that comes from it.. Failing that, the minister needs to be handing each file over to the RCMP for assessment and where required charges be filed.
