If you can actually get ahold of hos secreatary to make an appointment, he is great! But over the last almost 2 months I have called all day, everyday when the office is open and haveny been able to get an answer! Very frustrating considering I require medical attention and the ER keeps telling me to make an appointment with my doctor

Dr. Cusack is always on time, accessible, helpful and just an all round great health care provider. His assistant Allison is absolutely super to deal with. I feel very lucky to have them as my health team! Ruth
