Thanks for mentioning the cicsylt friendly' logo. I'll post one on my lawn next to the trail. Have noticed a lot of cicsylts along the trail this summer. In the past, most cicsylts heading eastward turned onto the Northside Rd at St. Peters to complete their trip. The New Zealand crossroads where I live is being used frequently (nearly every day this summer) by drivers of transfer vehicles, both commerical and private. This is a safe and convenient strategy for cycling groups. There's a pull-in at the site of Frank Whelan's former store. Good to see trail use on the rise. Asides:(1) the 100-miler who recently completed the tip-to-tip run at one go arrived at this junction shortly before midnight. News of his impressive feat might encourage other long-distance runners to have a go. (2) This summer I've had nightly visits from a black colour-phase fox. It has survived (so far) coyote predation, amazing since two packs of coyotes share the trail and environs both east and west of my location. I assumed coyotes had driven out all fox from here. Last fox tracks I saw across my property occurred five winters ago.

Dr. Fong recently performed surgery on our 5 yr old. Tubes and removal of adnoids. He is professional, intelligent and we were lucky to have him as our daughter's specialist. I would highly recommend him.
